Bellissima giornata quella di oggi per tutto il movimento NO MUOS. Il CGA ha stabilito una nuova udienza l’8 luglio, perchè deve acquisire ulteriori materiali, testimonianze e documenti per pronunciarsi nel merito. Nelle prossime ore si saprà se esiste una sospensiva solo per la manutenzione dei software anche se la sentenza del Tar ed il provvedimento di sequestro del cantiere restano atti contestat
